poor service terrible pressure
The room was dark and not as nice as I expected for the price. The shower had terrible water pressure, and the bed felt small. On check out I paid for the car park and there wasn't a single word from the staff about how our stay was. It was really disappointing.

The hotel location allowed immediate access to shops. the staff ensured my luggage was taken care of. the bartender created a bespoke drink. I really appreciated this. the room proved quiet. I wasn't disturbed .
i find the cost for parking as a hotel guest a lot. this detracted from my experience somewhat. perhaps a reduced rate could be considered.

enchanting stay near castle

historical sites amazing choices
The hotel's location allowed immediate access to historical sites and shopping. The room decor was enchanting. The bed offered really good comfort ensuring restful sleep. Breakfast provided amazing choices.
During the stay, the wireless internet connection seemed unreliable. This made accessing emails difficult at times. I hope they improve the internet connection .

great location good range double bed no refund
The hotel's location is great. It is on the main street, opposite the castle. the breakfast had a really good range of food and choices. i found the bedroom comfy and super clean.
i booked a twin room, but i was offered an upgraded room for an extra fee. i discovered it had a double bed split into two singles and a camp bed. there was no refund offered for the upgrade.

the reception area looked beautiful , and the bar was well-presented. the breakfast room was also beautifully presented. the shower room in my room was modern.
the staff were rude when i asked for help with the sofa bed. the bathroom looked tired , it has seen better days.

terrible service card issue
the location was central, made getting around easy.
the service i got was terrible at both the front desk and the bar. i had to ask several times for everything, even finding someone was difficult. my card also wasn't linked to the room for charges, even though i specifically asked during check in.
